I lost my SIM card

If you have lost your SIM card or your SIM card is defect, you can get an new SIM Card. You have to fill in this form and you will receive a trio SIM card. That's a standard, micro- and nano-SIM card in one. Depending on your device, you can use the standard-, micro- or nano SIM card.

Lost my SIM/SIM defect. What should I do?

  1. Fill in the form on this page
  2. Within 5 working days your new trio SIM card (standard/micro/nano) will be sent to your Dutch address 
    (Your telephone number and remaining call credit will be transferred on your new SIM card)
